    Finding time to tone up or lose weight is really hard. I have kids and work full time. I finally found a way to lose weight without exercise though using products I saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. Read about it in my blog: www.marysdietmethod.com

    try the flying frog.....it involves jumping out a second story window finteen minutes a day, the fear will take the weight off you as well as the climb up the stairs. what is it tiwh these crazy names for what we should have the common shense to do, get off the couch, stay away from temptation, and feel peace, dont eat for peace.

    The Chore. Clean the house. do it with a vengence. Run around the house or apartment for a warm up and cool down. Then clean, clean, clean. If no results, try the Frog.
