    Lucy, I'm the exact same way. I can't sleep at night if my ENTIRE house isn't neat and tidy. I can't stand clutter, and my kids know that. There absolutely CANNOT be any dishes in the sink at night, I HATE when a towel is left on the bathroom floor, and I do try and keep all closets cleaned out, and I've taught my daughters to do the same. We give all our outgrown/unused clothing, shoes, etc. to charity or family

    Wow! I've just read two of your articles and they are both RIGHT ON! I've been crazy with work and bombing on my weight watchers program - the hangry's makes sense. I HATE my job and its gotten a lot worse recently. Thanks for the perspective!!

    I also find that cleaning whether inside the house or out in the yard really helps me with stress. My Mother says that I do too much. If it relieves my stress so be it!!

    This is so true, we accumulate so much stuff it overwhelms us, instead of making a list of things to do, I make a list of things I have done it works for me
