    Hi, I'm Taqi 29/m, working as Accounts Assistant in Dubai, since couple of months I'm facing lot of disorder in my life, 1 I can't remember things and specially entries that I made in accounts, or documents that I filed in folders. 2 Feels sleepy all the time, though I sleep for 7-8 hours a day. 3 Feels weak after a simple work out (climbing etc). can u suggest things that I shud do to overcome these problems.
