The article regarding The Power of positive thinking is great!!! Practice makes perfect, stay positive and you will feel better, it takes practice. Before you go to bed, think that tomorrow is going to be a great day. When you wake up say to yourself, I am a precious child of God!!! Let go and let God. Be your own cheerleader. Work at it, stay with it !!!

Long ago I learned there is a crucial missing element to positive thinking: If your positive thinking is just a way to push away what is troubling you, you will be unknowingly be creating conflict in your life. Think about it.... if I turn to positive thinking to combat a difficulty, I'm not *really* a positive thinker... what I'm doing is trying to overpower what has overpowered me. When you know, from yourself, why it is that your natural state should be one of cheerfulness and positivity, only then are you not getting lost in self-trickery. Positive thinking is a natural *and effortless* result of a life that has finally been understood.... that has finally been put in perfect order. Now here's a very powerful start to understanding this: The pain we feel anytime we face an unwanted moment in our lives is produced by something we don't understand about ourselves. There is no psychological pain (depression, frustration, fear, etc.) that is caused by exterior conditions. What this means is that the challenge itself has hidden within it a lesson about *me* -- and once I uncover it, it will remove the anguish from this and all similar events -- even if the exact same circumstance were to repeat. And fortunately, ALL difficult moments can be 100% understood. When I finally know that all moments in my life are actually put there to reveal doorways to greater and greater levels of freedom, THEN there is an altogether different kind of positive thinking that doesn't need you to keep it in place.

Good ideas but FAR too simplistic. Life is MUCH more complex. This article does not take into account individual biochemistry, physiology nor the impact of upbringing and life experiences.

Writing your feeling down on a journal definantely helps and it's such a relief because a journal is a persons best friend where they can be completed honest to. Also, it is so true that you will learn from your own mistakes, and that is what makes you stronger in the future!

I love all these tips. Stay energized in your day so you can attain your daily goals. And don't be tempted by those BAD energy drinks out there. There is a healthy and GOOD alternative. I like Acai Berry as the #1 rated super food. Even Oprah rated Acai berry #1 in a recent O magazine article. And if you want the best energy drink that contains acai berry... look at eFusjon Energy Club for an energy drink thats finally GOOD for you, not like all those other energy drinks that people know are bad.
