It's so true, sodas are really difficult to quit. I never drink diet soda because of the artificial sugar, but I do occasionally have a regular cola. I don't drink (much), don't smoke, I eat healthy and exercise, but I love a soda from time to time!!!

I believe this article. I stopped drinking diet awhile back and lost five pounds in about a month. I started drinking it again and the five pounds came right back. Now I've stopped again...and boom..the same five pounds left again. Weird but true

This would have been a little more helpful if it included a link to the actual study.

If you keep track of how many calories you eat and eat healthy then you wont have a problem drinking diet soda. I am not giving mine up.

Yep! I drink FUZE which the Slenderize has really been helping me to kick my 3 Cherry Coke a day addiction! I love the flavors and it really does keep me from feeling hungry with the Citromax!

This is good information BUT, you should include the problems that aspartame can cause ie, macular degeneration, memory prooblems, tumors, etc. You are right all soda is not good for you. I have a regular Coke once a month or so. Four years ago I drank a six pack or more a day.

I drink grape juice that is watered-down to 2/3 water, 1/3 grape juice. Grape juice leads all other juice drinks for its powerful antioxidants, and is extremely refreshing and delicious! It satisfies the desire to have something sweet, but without any high fructose corn syrup, and 1/3 the calories and sugar of 100% juice.

This information has been around for ages! I thought everyone knew this. What ever happened to drinking tea, coffee or just water. Why does everything have to be artificial.

I lost 25 pounds by switching to diet soda. No other changes in diet. Apparently I am not a rat.
