If in today's high eductaional atmosphere, I am terrified that people STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT makes you FAT!!
ANd sleeping more is NOT THE answer. I know plenty of fat people who sleep way too much, nap after they eat, and gorge themselves before bedtime.
The ONLY WAY to stay slim is to eat the right foods, more than 40 minutes a day of rigorous exercise (including sexual activity, which burns about 400 calries an hour of intercourse), and ample rest -6-8 hours a night for most.
God....everyone want to thin without cutting out cookies, sodas, tons of fatting meats, and fast food addictions. I have never seen so many fat children, teens and yound adults in any other country like the fat americans. Why is that?
