    Ok Ok - we all know eat right, exercise, and get sleep -- But the real question is HOW do you find the time to do it ALL - eating right takes a lot of work in our society (reading labels, preparing your own food), exercise too where do we find the TIME to sleep!!!

    Great piece of info...now what I was truly intrigued about is that when you speak about the necessary 8 hours of sleep, would you mean 8 hours of night sleep at a stretch or could it be perhaps 7 hours in the night and around an hour in the afternoon. I'd be grateful if someone could clarify on this bit. Thankzzzzz ;)
