I am a Mary Kay Consultant and all of these tips are helpful, just because certain products aren't mentioned does not mean you should not follow this advice. Sun damage is one of the leading causes your skin looks "old". Everyone should be using sunblock on a regular basis. As we age our skin loses the ability to regenerate itself as quickly as when were kids, that why kids have such healthy, rosey complexions. Your skin does not retain as much moisture either, which is why daily moisturizing is necessary-even for those of you who have naturally perfect skin! There are plenty of products out there, ranging from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars, to help repair and prevent skin from aging. If you use skin care products, remember this, use ALL the same line and you should see results. I was once the whatever is on sale for cleanser, moisturizer, etc. and wondered why my skin looked like crap. I, unfortunately, was not blessed with a perfect complexion and have used many different products over the years. I love my Mary Kay Timewise products. It has helped clear blemishes and keeps my skin looking fresh and radiant all day while it is protected. My friends have noticed a difference in my skin and have all switched to Mary Kay after seeing my results.

Good info, but eye lash curlers can cause lashes to break. Over use can cause short stubby lashes.

spankydoodletoo asked, "why are women so vain?" From what I've observed, as well as other women I know, many men prefer the younger/younger looking women, (girls even), to the older ones, so why wouldn't women be a little vain, a little self-conscious, a little concerned about their looks, especially if they're looking for someone to share their lives with and want a meaningful, long-lasting relationship? It seems that it's a little harder for older women to get younger men, and it seems that society "frowns" on that more than on the older men being with the younger women too. Why do so many men leave their wives, (women their own age) for the younger women? It's not right, and very hard for the women to deal with, it's very sad. The men aren't young anymore themselves, but in order to feel good and young again they go after a younger women?! It isn't really going to make them any younger, maybe feel a little younger for a little while, but even that may not last. Anyway, that can really give an older woman a major complex! Why wouldn't they be a little vain? It also seems that many men age more gracefully than women, they seem to look better, longer, why wouldn't women be a little more vain? Anyway, the article on taking 5 years off your face is what many women are looking for and need for some of these reasons. And why not? If men need whatever they need to look and feel better, and read similar articles for similar reasons, why not women too?

I have seasonal allergies and I've found that rinsing my eyes with saline solution and sleeping with my head slightly elevated has eliminated my puffy morning eyes. I've also found that getting enough sleep is essential. I know this may sound biased but the truth is that a great number of women have to wear many hats these days. I don't mean to exclude the men, in fact guys this information could be extremely beneficial to you. The fact of the matter is many women are under a lot of stress having to be moms, housekeepers, income earners and even parental caretakers at the same time. No wonder we have mood swings and feel tired and have puffy eyes most of the time! Not to mention the hormonal changes we have to endure which include headaches, cramps, hot flashes and more. Well, I've discovered an amazing natural product that I call women's little helper. I've even had husbands call me to thank me for telling their wives about this. They said it saved their marriage! You can learn all about it at; http://http://meno-relief.com

OK - any suggestions for wrinkles around the mouth or smile lines on the sides and especially above the top lip or lines coming from a bit below the cheek bones , close to nose going down towards mouth. I have high cheek bones. And, what about the sides of face a few inches away from ears.??!! I myself cannot use creams on my face; my skin is sensitive. The only soap i can use is "neutrogena". HELP

I used to use an eyelash curler and loved the effect, but now that the skin is sagging on the top of my eyes, I cannot get the curler to work. Any suggestions?
