A tad bit interesting, but not all that helpful.

I agree with the eyelash curler suggestion. I use one every morning and if for some reason I skip that step, there is a noticable difference.

If you are health conscious at all, piling on the pillows makes for extremely poor sleep posture and leads to back problems. Not worth it for a few wrinkles around the eyes.

5 years younger from moisturizer? You've got to be kidding - there's a lot better skin care ideas than that - retin A, glycolic cream etc. This blog was a dud!

I am 43 and have really puffy circles under my eyes. I have tried all the conventional ideas (prep H, cucumbers, remedies sold at bath and body, etc.) but have not found anything that makes a difference. Anyone have any great ideas?

At 54 yr. young, I will try just about anything. I look about 10 years younger, mainly due to genetics! I am now seeing the effects of the sun and not taking the best care of my skin that I should of over the years. Thanks for the information, what's nice is it's not an expensive fix! Sunny in CA

Nonsense, I look great everyday and I do not use lipstick, eye shadow, mascara, eyelash curler, moisturizers, cucumbers, horse meat, chicken strips, lactic acid, or nipple smoothers. I do use water to splash my face every morning when I get up the same as my Mother did and taught me to do, because that is the best natural moisturizer we can find anywhere in the world. One thing that must be done early in the morning as soon as you get up is sit on the throne and leave behind all the waste in your system, wash your hands, cleanse your face with H20, shake your head to get the hair in place, put on some perfume if you do not intend to shower to keep the stink off the body, and shake your booty out the door to get to work on time, unless you are a Lady of Leisure...Then you can stay in bed and enjoy the dog while the rest of are off to work to pay the bills...Keep it simple...!
