I don't think that I'd surf if I went to Costa Rica, but, then again I'm not a surfer! If I were ever lucky enough to visit somewhere like that, I'd definitely know how to get some rest -n_ relaxation.

These are good tips for people who have the luxury of working from the home. I find taking a series of deep breaths and listening to soothing music is helpful as well. I know this may sound biased but the truth is that a great number of women have to wear many hats these days. I don't mean to exclude the men, in fact guys this information could be extremely beneficial to you. The fact of the matter is many women are under a lot of stress having to be moms, housekeepers, income earners and even parental caretakers at the same time. No wonder we have mood swings and feel tired most of the time! Not to mention the hormonal changes we have to endure which include headaches, cramps, hot flashes and more. Well, I've discovered an amazing natural product that I call women's little helper. I've even had husbands call me to thank me for telling their wives about this. They said it saved their marriage! I collected some unique stones from my garden, but as a symbol that this planet was here for a much longer time before becoming inhabited and that we, as flesh, are pretty fragile and small in the scheme of things. My wife died 11 years ago from complications of a bone marrow transplant when I was 42 years old. I keep a postcard of a photo of the University of Michigan Medical Center as a reminder. In that regard I take great pride in the fact that it required great courage and strength from both of us and that life and the human spirit is an awesome thing.

I agree with health naturalist and princess. I'm a single mom of 5, I get no help at all financially or mentally from the father of my children - it wasn't always that way, but when he left, he forgot about the kids too, anywho... I work full time, I go to school part time, I'm starting a business, I'm a housekeeper, a doctor, a counselor, a moderator, a translator, a chef, a chauffer, a tutor, a hair stylist, a barber and so on. I barely have time to relax, and the only time I can be alone with my thoughts is after the children go to bed (usually by that time I'm exhausted). I thank you for your time and efforts on this article, but realistically, I don't see how this will help me.

Wonderful article in the nick of time. Ups and downs after a near-death experience (crime). Thank you.
