    a simple stress reliever a walk to the nearest bus stop with your mate holding hands and realizing the relief of not having road rage and anger from the other drivers just knowing your exercising and not costing your bank account from the price of gas, for a brief moment will prevent you from feeling stressed and you will also sp[end quality time with your love one which will let them know that you still feel close to them and enjoy there company which will prevent arguments about not sharing your time with them other than comming home and having a meal or just going to bed.

    "straighten up and tuck your tummy and your rear end in to feel taller." This makes me look like I really need to visit a restroom. :( Like that time Chong ate a bad taco/burrito..

    Relieve stress by recognizing that all that surrounds one's being is nothing but "life content filled with identities and labels" directing you in the way to proceed. Become the watcher of your thoughts instead of traversing through life in the reaction mode, directed by "life content and situations". You will become aware of the certain emotions your body goes through by what the definition is of the current "life content" you are surrounded. Awaken
