You always write for women, but never label it as for women. That is misleading and you alienate half the population.... Yahoo is not a gender specific site... what gives?

Stress is a killer. I started a new career in banking in my fifties and the stress of banking drove me to eat, and as a result I became 40 lbs heavier. I changed careers, went back to insurance sales, started running on my tread mill and practicing Tae Kwon Do and before you know it, I'm 20 lbs less. Moving around helps and it takes your mind off of the stressors of life.
