Interesting tips. I don't know if they work or not, but atleast its not the usual "avoid caffeine" and "go to sleep at regular times". I think I'll give some of these a try.

Good tips. Sometimes we have to be reminded to slow down. Sleep is very important and we need to remember our kids are watching what we do.
Set a good example, go to bed early.
