I'm always thinking that I'm the only person who feel fatique everyday when I go to sleep at 1.00 am and wake up at 6.00 o'clock after taken 5 hours sleep daily. When I read the articles 1 felt confident that 1 am not sick. Eventhough short energy on the next day, it is normal and become rutine to me.
