I always leave my job by 5 PM. The phone goes to night ring, and I'm out the door. The only problem that I have is not being able to get that early morning jog. The thing is, I'm not a morning person, at all, and it takes all that I have to drag my butt out of bed and into the shower, must less take that morning jog at 6 PM.

it's tuff to schedule regular hrs. for sleep. All that stuff said about not being able to catch up on lost sleep? In my opinion.....bogus...sleep when u can. work when u have to. Do what u must. This world does not allow a 'sleep clock' for most of us. I don't care what science says. I ALWAYS feel better after a nap

"Start by exercising in the morning..." Aren't there numerous studies showing that an individual's best time to exercise is just that... individual. I've tried exercising first thing in the AM. DISASTER! My best time to exercise is early afternoon. Very effective when I worked for a company with an in-house gym. My point is, what works for you, doesn't necessarily work for all of your readers. How about some alternatives to "That's what I do..."?

Easier said than done. Many of us have jobs with "deadlines".

I already have to wake up before 6AM in order to get me and my son ready, drop him off at daycare, and get to work before 8:30... I wish that I had the energy to wake up at 5 to workout, but I think that I might end up more of a zombie than I am already!
