Cutting one food group out of your diet entirely isn't going to work in the long term. Eat what you like, only in moderation!!

Avacadoes are high in fat, but it's the ''good fat'' like that found in olive oil. Not the type of fat found in french fries. Cutting sour cream is always a good idea because it doesn't add that much flavor anyway, it's very bland. When eating out, you should try and eat the smallest portion possible. One enchilada is plenty when you eat the rice and beans on the plate. Does anyone really need a platter of 3, plus a chimichanga, and tostada? I was recently served that at a Mexican restaurant!
