    i have recently been diagnosed with diabetes so this blog was very helpful for me. i like the idea that the fewer the steps in processing the better it is for you, very good tip.

    It's a pretty accurate article-I went from 245 lbs to 190 doing this about 4 years ago. Took me over a year to do it, and I didn't even need to join a club to lose the excess weight! I tell people how I lost the weight, and they don't believe it. I guess they'll just have to find out for themselves.

    Thank you for this article. I wish more food companies would use natural sugar--not even the refined junk, and boy do I hate corn-syrup! I would pay more if there was natural sugar or even honey used in more foods.
