    I love the idea to put garlic salt on my edamame.this is a great snack and my kids love to eat this also!

    All these treats sond delicious, especially the chocolate yogurt pops! It goes to show you that you can eat tasty, healthy snacks...it just takes a little time and energy to prepare them.

    I think the best advice is just to avoid eating in from of the TV, which is mindless eating.

    I like these ideas althought I'm not a big junk food eater in fact I'm not a junk food eater at all BUT I WILL TRY ESPECIALLY THE POPCORN WITH SYRUP

    Personaly Popcorn with low Salt and Butter, Can also be an ok snack too

    I think that garlic powder trumps garlic salt. More salt is what no one needs.
