What about reversing your meals? Like have cereal for dinner and a normal dinner meal for breakfast? I've heard somewhere that this really helps people lose weight.

Thanks for posting the The Cereal Weight-Loss Diet info online. Next time I buy cereal, I will read the label before bringing it home with me. Thanks for the helpful tips!

It would be great to get an English version of this American article since the cereal brand names the author recommends might as well be Chinese to me (and I suspect to other Brits!)

hey another good idea is to take a plain cereal like cornflakes or cheerios and add lowfat yogurt or cottage cheese. the cottage cheese adds protein and is ice in the summer, not to mention women can always use the extra calsium.

I'm looking for ways to cut down the sugar, salt and lots of fat from my diet. I wasn't sure what kind of cereal to get....so thanks for giving some brands!!! (I really like Cheerios...Honey Nut or Multigrain). And yes, Capt'n Crunch cereal is the best!!! (lol)

I LOVE Fiber One cereal. It's my staple through out the day. The fiber is amazing, I've never felt better. I don't have to feel guilty about what I eat during the day and I manage to maintain my weight. It's fantastic for weight loss.

Hello all, I'm wondering if any women have any ideas about losing fat around the stomach area. I can't use the excuse I had a baby she is 3yrs old! I've tried just about every diet out there nothing seems to work! Thanks!!!!

Thanks for the useful info! Now I know what to look for on the box the next time I buy cereal. The front of the box and the commercials make all cereal look healthy. Now I know to look at the amount of Fiber, Sugar & Calories. I'm printing out this article and I will take it to the store with me. Thanks!
