I like my chicken extra crispy. You seem to be missing a few things in your article.Things like making sure you get 5000IU of Vitamin D-3 every day that you can't be in the sun. This activates your natural killers that lay dormant from a lack of sunshine. These natural killers are called Antimicrobial peptides. They lay dormant because of our vitamin d-3 deficiency.Eat lots of fruits and veggies and go for a walk. The next time you visit your doctor have him test your vitamin and mineral levels.Addressing your deficiencies is the key to good health. When you give your body everything it needs it does something miraculous! It heals itself.

Please do cut back on the beef. I find it strange that we eat as animal flesh we do, can enjoy it so much. I am a vegetarian and have been happily for most of my life. I wish I could advocate vegetarianism and end meat eating in rich countries, but I know how people are. But consider the benefits of reducing your meat consumption. There would be more food supply for everyone, you may lose weight (I did very quickly when I first gave up beef), you help decrease issues relating to your circulatory system, you might even smell better, decrease cruelty towards animals, AND you can help prevent cancer! That's really not all, but isn't just that amazing? I have a relative with colon cancer and she ate lots and lots of red meat in her life. It makes me sad to thing that there is a possibility that her chances of getting cancer would have been much less if she had not done this and had not smoked and binged on alcohol so much. What goes through your body changes it.

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy so many people are interested in an ageless relationship. young girls want to have fun with 40+ man and young guys want to have fun with 40+ women. There are many sites focusing on this kind of relationships such as ^^ http://www.sugarmatchmaker.com

Ah, the red-meat thing again. I have tried before to cut back on red meat, but I just ended up having bad lethargy issues--like, bad. Turns out I was extremely iron deficient, and taking supplements regularly according to my doctor's instructions just did not work (something about heme and non-heme iron, I think). So the beef is there to stay in my diet. I do choose as lean pieces of red meat as I can to reduce my risk within the risk factor to help, though, and I do eat iron-rich vegetables in addition. I just don't absorb the iron very well from veggies. My point being: If being able to function normally every day means increasing your cancer risk, take the quality of life bonus. At this point, living is a cancer risk.

Smoke pot!! There's was a study recently released about 4 months ago. Google it. Even reduces risk of lung cancer! Odd, but true. Not a user of the stuff, but was impressed with the study.

My mother in law has been sitting on the couch for the past 30 years..she only gets up to go to the bathroom or eat. She is healthier than I am..I am very active and have had breast cancer. She on the other hand stays cancer free.

Runa, you can increase your iron absorption by eating vitamin C-rich foods with your meals, like oranges, red bell peppers, strawberries, lemons, grapefruit, etc.

Until recently, I never though a sedentary life could cause health issues. I retired seven months ago and did absolutely nothing except sitting on the couch and watching television. I thought this was the great life until I could not have a bowel movement without taking laxatives. I knew that was not the way to go and started a regimen of exercises. I was eating healthy, but lack exercise. I am now regulated and feel good inside and out. Thanks for reminding me of balancing my life with exercise.

One 8oz serving of beef per week? I think I will risk cancer. Part of living is enjoying life. If you spend every waking moment striving to live every second of potential life possible, how enjoyable will your life be? Enjoy your one 8 oz serving of weekly beef. You probably will not really enjoy the rest of your daily existance.

well, most of these are ommon sense when it comes to beef - some uf us do well with it make sure you purchase hig quality grass fed beef and do stay away from mammograms, unneccesary x-rays, amalgam fillings, root canals, chlorinated water, sunscreen, chemicals in your body products, gmo-foods, pesticides and herbicides, toxic cleaning products etc. Emotional health and de-stressing is equally important.
