    How about some exercises for those of us who aren't exercise junkies or have physical problems but would STILL like to whittle our bellies-some for those of us that have joint problems!

    Add some pictures...pictures say a lot more than the mumble-jumbo you typed in the paragraphs for each exercise. Feels like an injury waiting to happen without pictures!
