    This is all well and good advice, but some can't afford insurance. I am getting older and stuff and feel much better since having yogurt over donuts for breakfast. I even stopped eating bread. Anyways, good post for those who can afford insurance. Thx Gloria

    Following the best heart healthy advise from the leading doctors in the field is to not eat any U.S. dairy products. Best to eat vegetables and a little fruit and some grains. They say this eating habit will also improve bones, eyesight, blood pressure, the shape of the body as well as a healthy heart. and circulatory system.
