    amen,amen, i agree and have tried alot of these tips allllll by my self many times since i joined weight watchers .i love cheese covered toast topped with sugar sprinkles and cinamon(your own cinamon rolls!!!!!!!) heat tor 2o seconds in microwave before eating with soft boiled 3 minute eggs. almonds in my salads always.i put mustard in my tuna salad( just a touch) plus a little sweet relish.also a little mustard in my macaroni cheese cassorole(adds zip)

    re recipes! persian cucumbers??? sounds delightful; I eat all sorts of vegetables raw; including regular cucumbers; have never heard of persian cucumbers. I'll look around but (if reply is possible and I cannot find 'persian cucumber) could an editor of these sites indicate where best to find. I have never run across Persian cucumbers in my well stocked grocery stores from which I purchase. Will look again, however; don't want to be seen as entirely lazy! bastiaan
