Telling a woman that she can get sexually assaulted if she drinks too much, is putting the blame on her instead of the person who committed the assault. Enough of that already. If I walked into a church and trahsed it because I was pissed off at someonething wrong the priest had said to me, I would be held accountable. The same should apply across the board! I understand all of the other consequences from drinking too much, and it IS irresponsiblr, but it in NO WAY warrants being sexually assaulted. I strongly urge you to remove that part from the article. It is a victim blaming mentallity.

Ridiculus. From a global perspective, it's laughable that American's would condone this type of diet. Born and raised in the States, I am dumbfounded each time I return home from Japan. American's are so overweight, it's scary. Americans should be the last place where "cookies for dinner" should be deemed acceptable. Try eating more fish, drinking less cola and walking a little more. Poor heath is terrible not only for the individual, but for the economy and the peoples' image in general. Let's look towards improving ourselves rather than thinking of ways to get away with cheating our selves.

Sundrop, your comment made no sense. She never said it was your fault if you got sexually assaulted if you drank too much, but you're putting yourself in a bad situation if you do. It's like going for a walk alone at night in a bad neighborhood, it's a stupid move. People don't like to accept the fact that sometimes their poor decisions put them in bad situations. You can't expect to always be safe, you are not invincible.

I agree with a_guy_in_tokyo..I'm an american and I'm extremely careful about what I eat. I never eat fast food or junk food and I only drink water and juice, NEVER soda. Cookies are pretty much a once-a-month treat, or even less than that. I eat grapes and oranges as snacks and for dessert and I feel great physically, mentally, and I'm 100% happy with my body. :)

Taking birth control pills at exactly the same time every day IS important if the pills have been prescribed to help control PMDD or menstrual migraines. Those being treated for dysmenorrhea and other conditions may also benefit from more precise timing.

do you ever feel retarded after reading these articles? Like your time has been wasted by some "juvunile" yokel who is trying to sharpen their skill at your very expense and waste and impair your vision as well?? Coming away from these articles, who really needs to have this information, who really pays a salary to such attempts at writing and communicating, putting that word "sin" in there, hmmmm, what are these writers really driving at, look if you think eating cookies for dinner is a sin, to you it is a sin, But honestly if the woman in the picture eating the cookies were my wife, i don,t see why i would not be having cookies for dinner at least 6 nights a week, on the one other , well, i think i would ask my wife to dinner, (frankly it does not matter if her cookies are not that good) beauty is in the eye of the cookie eater, yum is about as much as i can say right now about this woman./s cookies,

Go eat your cookies and be content with being out of shape. Don't get justification from this article to go eat crap for dinner.

Hey Guys! Ever notice how even though these articles leave you jaded, biting, and bitter you CONTINUE to click on them? And even after you scoff at their silliness you FINISH READING THEM, scroll to the comments link, and splatter your keyboard vomit all over the screen? Yeah, Just sayin'. I'm gonna go have Chinese Food now (Up to 3350 calories per combo) and fall asleep. Then I'll wake up, run my 2.5 miles and eat brownies afterward. I'll put on my Bikini and laugh at how I eat what I want and ACTUALLY WORK OUT to look amazing. I'll also be laughing at how idiotic you lot look insulting this woman who is getting paid MAD money to give her opinions and ideas. See, just because we have healthy habits and certain opinions doesn't mean we cam slam people on a different system or a separate set of beliefs. You don't know Anyone's situation, so just focus on your own, K? Thanks so Much!
