Another basic tip that they did not include that can have an even more significant impact than what they listed is replacing drinks with water throughout the day. Many people drink more calories than they eat by the time the day is through, and replacing just as little as two sugary drinks with water can cut out over 300 calories. Good old fashioned running is the only sure fire way to lose weight. It saddens me that people have gotten to be this lazy.

I have a fitness revelation: Make it life long. Not for 1 minute, 1 month, or 1 season. I am fed up with these "Instant Cardio" and "Instant Fat Burning" snake oil peddlers. Find an activity you like. Do it several times a week. Do it for life. Run, walk, bang your skull against a grizzly bear's rump...just do something.

Deceptive headline proves P.T. Barnum: "A sucker born every minute." Please stop fooling the public with these useless articles. Thanks.

And another article pushing "organic", when ALL the studies have shown that organic compared to regular fresh fruits and meats has ZERO benefit and can costs 3x as much. Not to mention, silly things like 80% "organic" ground beef is MUCH worse for you than regular store or local butcher 91% ground beef. And not a single remark on how much you should eat - hey, let's down 20lbs of "organic" chicken by Saturday - aww, Joe, I didn't fit into my dress... :(

My friend has lost 40 pounds in 27 days----He is now 390. And he has not happy about it. He has been dieting by counting his calorie intake...and low fat. He has not started any kind of an exercise program because he says that walking tightens his back and until he loses more weight he can't exercise....I don't believe that's true.....I am sooooo proud of him....and I never pressured him....his family tried to do an intervention with him and tried to get me involved and that was a bomb....I was so excited when he told me that he was going on a diet....and the only pressure that I put on him was that he would promise that when he weighs himself every week that if he does not quit because he didn't hit the weight loss that he was expecting.....I was wondering what kind of exercise besides walking that I could suggest to him.

Organic is the way to go... That study you are talking about was probably funded by the Major corporations that are selling these hormoned up and anti biotic zombie cows and chicken! You probably think that fish is fine too! Nope mercury levels are rising yearly in our fish... One of the effects of mercury is lowering of iq... So I guess you have been eating lots of fish because you are full or methaine! Oh and this article BLOWS... This must be the easiest job ever!!! How much is this chick getting paid!!!!
