    You almost lost me on the salad that you personally like. I was about to just ignore the rest of the article as one more health food recipe that I'll never eat. Luckily the rest of the lunches were more palatable.

    Please offer the old format again. With the new format you have to wade through all this home page mess. I want to go directly to e-mail. If I want stuff, I will sign on to the internet. I want my Cc and Bcc back. The new format does not offer that. It is NOT BETTER! Why "fix" something that is not broken!! How can I get the old format back!!!!!!!!! I hate this one.

    Great article on no sit up ab-slimming. I printed it and am taping it to the wall in my "gym," so I can try it for awhile. Thanks for the warning that it's a 20 to 60 minute routine.
