I'm not sure where to leave a generic comment however. Why do you always see things about loosing weight when there are so many people out there with BAD eating dissorders !!! All the weight loss stuff realy gets to some of us all you ever hear is loose, loose, loose, well some people dont eat enough any way. ?????? Has any of you people out there thought about how you affect other people ?????

This information was extremely helpful. I didn't know the reason why when you excercise you get to a point where you can't lose any more weight. It's great to know why this happens. Reading this article has given me more of a desire to continue working out and has given me more ideas on how I can switch up my workout routine.

The programs at 10 Buck Fitness are SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED for efficiency- to substitute intensity for volume and GREATLY reducing your training times. I've been using the program for over a year now- and I CAN'T BELIEVE the shape I'm in working out 4 days per week for about 30 minutes. Thanks 10 Buck Fitness! BEST $10 I've EVER spent for ANY training advice!
