    I used to swim a few times a week in college just for workout purposes and I was quite toned! A few years out of college and I am a bit less toned and haven't hit the pool in a while. I think I'll swing by a store, grab some goggles, and get to work! I always enjoyed it and my muscles felt massaged after the swims.
