    OMG!! Sean W. I could not have said it better myself. I agree with you 100%. Could we get more resourceful: 1. Morning workouts on an empty stomach; 3 Use Flaxseed for increased ALA intake; Interval training 4/Drink lots of Green Tea. Gosh Darn Lucy, give us something we have not heard before; really make an effort to earn your paycheck!!

    Yeah, like I'm going to take the advice of a woman who thinks that it is a good idea to create a fictionally thin image of a woman who is an icon for millions of little girls. People forget that mental health and physical health go hand in hand.

    Studies show that a good one hour of sex might burn up to 700 calories. Instead of staying home and cooke, have sex. Instead of watching a movie, have sex. Instead of going to church, have sex. This might add up to 15 pounds a year, and a child maybe. stupid article

    If you are going the same distance (walking or running), going faster won't help. Both walking and running burn about the same number of calories for the same distance.
