    honey is also great for any kind of burns. My late wife kept it in the kitchen for steem burns or any kind in the kitchen. Used if on my son when he touch a hot iron. The blisters were gone by morning, and couldn't tell that he had been burned. I just read somewhere not to put honey in a micro because will kill the enzynes.

    my boyfriends grandma stuck onion juice in my boyfriends nose instead of just using the steam..hahaha...he said it was painful. but it worked.

    also Baking Soda on wasp or bee stings helps the pain and inflammation and draws the venom out.

    9 times out of 10 the "wasabi" you are getting at sushi places is just colored horseradish. Actual wasabi is expensive and perishes easily. Wasabi should only be mixed with soy sauce when consuming sashimi (raw fish on top of regular rice).

    Your comments on cinnamon is true to a point. Check the cinnamon you are using. True cinnamon comes from Ceylon. The cinnamon found in most stores is called Cassai grown in Indonesia which contains a toxic compound called coumarin. This compound can react with the blood thinning drug Coumadin.

    Sorry, but recent clinical trials on cinnamon indicate it does absolutely nothing about blood sugar.
