    You need to stress that these exercises are not for anyone with back problems. In fact they could be very harmful.

    I'm with you Natasha. "Stock up on skim milk!!!" and plan the meal before getting to the restaurant seems like a terrible way to be on vacation....

    Walk frequently and walk at a faster pace. Exert yourself more often. You can get a lot of benefits to body and mind if you just get out of the 'leisure mode'.
