It is very easy to tell people how to work out but they need to be the ones that actually go out and do it, and thats where the problem lays. If you don't have someone to work out w/ then you don't do it all the time. Yes working out is boring, so find a friend and work out together. If you have young kids get them out there working out w/you so you are showing them what it takes to stay healthy and fit.

The article is informative however pictures of the positions would be helpful to ensure that I'm doing it right.

to me it all sounds to complicated you know have pictures of the step by step thing you kno and what it should look like i mean no ones gunna know what to do and i agree with interested party i mean its easy to tell em to but they have to be willing honestly as easy is telling people they need to work out its sad really but thats in my opinion. and if people wanted to instead of telling them go out and do it you dont need professional help come one look up stretches do what schools do Do the mile run stretch you know but to be have to be told to exersise sucks!

It's not about exercises you do. It's all about the food you eat. You can exercise for 10 hours a day but if you don't eat right food you would not see any results. Each healthy, normal, food and then exercise to use it as a tool to help you get "there" faster. For crying loud out There is no magic or secret to it. Just focus on healthy food and move you butt. http://www.onlinepersonalfitnesstrainers.com

Great but what if you are 78, in good health usually but felled by 2 accidents...requiring 2 mo recovery, doing zip. I use to walk but on flat ground, have asthma...however that didn't keep me from swimming and scuba....right now I'm a noodle with to much skin...and muscle tone is shot....can those exercises help...any thing for old ladies that feel young....

It's more about what you EAT not what exercise you do.. diet is 80% and exercise is barely 20% you spend 1 hour at the gym.. the rest you shape your body
