I have been trying for years to lose weight and keep it off and it's hard. I am a mother of three and the stress level of trying to do everything for everybody takes a toll on you. I have lost 75lbs in the past to gain back 45 then lose 30. I get down on myself because when I do lose the weight I still am not satified w/myself so I don't keep it up and I think man I would rather be fat and not have to worry about what I want to look like, because I think w/out surgery I will never look how I want too. I think the biggest losser show should get people on there that don't need to lose alot of weight but the ones that have tried at home and got some results but can't get passed that last few 20-30lbs. They only go after the ones that need to lose 100lbs or more, what about the rest of us.

Too much planning is not good, (like a second job) bottom line, move more, eat less. Clean anything up high, stretching and reaching. Workouts don't have to take an hour either!!! Get in do it and get out. You don't need a break between every set!!!!!
