I'm guessing markkim and fbody are the same person. Imagine that 2 people who own infrared saunas logged in here just 3 minutes apart. nice try spammers. Healthy snacks are a good way to keep your metabolism going and avoid insulin glut and crash when you eat a big meal or lots of carbs.

Haha Leeny, that's so funny... Except I own one of thse as well :) Infrared saunas provide dry heat, and penetrates the skin in some new technical sort of way, which helps me sweat a ton! I also bought mine for over $400, but looks identical to the one of eloofa's website.

Sweating just causes the loss of water weight...if that's so important to you, take a diuretic. Or better yet, sweat by working out. Don't waste your money on a sauna.

This is a great list and I am happy to see things on it, such as yogurt, berries and almonds, that I like. Replacing my snack foods with healthier options is something that I have been doing for awhile now and adding edamame to the list will definatly be nice as well as trying out more broth based soups for my lunchs. The two things that I have a hard time with is cutting out red meats, breads, and pastas, because I love them so much, and, even though I cook a lot of chicken, tofu is not on my menu and fish is not the easiest to prepare fresh. I would like to see more fish recipies for the person who can't stop at the store every day and is not the most proficient cook in the kitchen.

Great advise on these snacks... eat healthy. And if you need a boost during the day, stay away from those unhealthy energy drinks. I like Acai Berry as the #1 rated super food. Even Oprah rated Acai berry #1 in a recent O magazine article. And if you want the best energy drink that contains acai berry... look at eFusjon Energy Club for an energy drink thats finally good for you, not like all those other energy drinks that people know are bad.
