It would be more helpful if this told what a dip was.

Dips are a great, easy (and inexpensive) way to work the arms. Good tip. Nap time for M22

This would be much more helpful with a picture or video to show the proper technique. Not doing an exercise properly won't help you at all, and make actually do damage.

Ok that bench exercise needs a visual to go with it. The walk through description sounds like an injury waiting to happen.

"She's pretty convincing, right? But don't just take her word for how effective they are. Try them yourself: Sit on edge of a bench, hands at sides, fingers forward, left knee bent 90 degrees, foot flat on floor, right leg extended forward. Use arms to lift yourself off bench. Bring right leg out to right side as you lower body until elbows are bent 90 degrees. Return to start. Do 12 reps. Switch legs; repeat." Please provide pictures as I don't see how I can have my left leg in this position, put y right leg out to the right and still lower my body. Maybe I'm not as limber as you but this description seems impossible. My foot is under my butt and I can't drop.
