It would be really helpful to see videos of these exercises. Otherwise, there is so much risk for doing them wrong and injuring yourself.

Jump squats are a great exercise, however if you can't perform a basic bodyweight squat with good form, you have no business doing jump squats. For the women reading this, be careful of "knee knock" with any squatting or lunging. Also, its unnecessary to get fancy with your lower body exercises. Get good at the basics, squats, deadlifts, and lunges. http://seattlestrengthcoach.com

One of my favorite exercises for the whole ab region is to get on your knees and roll out using one of those rolling handles. my abs became so much more stronger after implementing that one exercise. Get rid of the fat behind your arms. Go here: http://hop.clickbank.net/?totalpack/betteru

Goodness, suggesting jumping squats for a beginner...one has to be careful. Excellent exercise that can both tremendously benefit the legs, or tremendously injure them, the knees and back. Just take it easy folks on these kinds of large-movement exercises until the legs/body become accustomed to them. Work up to full-scale movements. Anything involving all-around leg movements (non-isolation) impacts most of the rest of the body in some way. Thanks...facelessfatloss, aka Tim.
