There is a website that i recently visited called ultimatehealthbookstore.com. I purchased an ebook called "35 potent foods" It was basically a book that had 35 different foods that your body need to survive and all of them were easy to find & healthy! It wasa great read and it helped me out alot!

One thing that has worked well for me is only eat meat and salad at night for dinner. Then I would eat peanut butter and celery before I go to bed so my stomach will have something in it so I can sleep good. I got my stomach lean doing that. But you have to do it 3 or 4 nights out of the week. Go here for videos and everything on weight loss and building muscle: http://hop.clickbank.net/?totalpack/betteru
