I've always thought it better to work out an hour after a heavy meal to burn off more calories. I usually don't have time to work out before eating. I'll figure something out.

We went from big round dinner plates to smaller square plates in our house and it has made a huge difference to how we feel after we eat.No more vegging out from being too full and it still looks like we are getting a big portion of food. Great, simple common sense eating! This is how I have trained myself to eat and cook and it is the only way to do it and enjoy life too. I have been heavier in my life but now in my mid-40s I am a healthier eater than I have ever been. I am Scottish and it's cultural to eat not so healthily and eat everything on our big plates. Granted ,you have to have a wee treat every once in a while but moderation is the key. Straight out denial is hard to do to our bodies and our minds...... find the balance. Thanks for your article and for putting it so simply!!! I hope loads of people read it ,get it and do it!

Real men clean house. With 200,000,000 Americans weight challenged what is missing? I am a former mixed martial artist who, after having kids, created a way to stay in shape and have exceptional time with the Family. I challenge every guy who thinks housecleaning is a "girl thing" to clean house the way I clean house. It'll kick their butts! The pictures on the web site PROVE it works because aerobic house cleaning is all I do. www.AerobicHouseCleaning.com

One of the things you can do to tighten up your flabby arms is to get on the ege of a sturdy bench and do dips. Just put your feet up on a chair in front of you and do as manny as you can for 3 sets. Do tricep kickbacks with dumbells.
