Not bad advice. Most of the stuff on this Yahoo Health is a joke, but this is alright. Remember to use 100% all natural products to prevent the absorption of unnecessary chemicals. There are many products now available at Wal-Mart and Target for those on a budget that fit this profile. Vitacost.com is a great site to get a deal on many natural products too! The best way to glow with minimal effort? Drink your water and stay away from caffeinated sodas, sport drinks and iced tea. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits; grow your own on your patio- no matter how small. Buy a juicer and actually use it! Add the pulp in spelt zucchini bread. Instead of having s'mores in the backyard, roast organic green apples on your skewer till bubbly and drippy- about 10-15 min.- roll in cinnamon and sucanat (or other sugar you like). It's like hot apple pie!

This is more of a tip , put your lip stick ( the traditional kind ) in the fridge ... keeps it from melting and doesn't take that long to get to a useful temp.

As a business owner in the beauty industry.....waterproof mascara should not be used on a daily basis. It will take a heavy tole on your lashes.

I read this article on "Foods to eat for Beautiful Skin". It totally makes sense. Diet is a huge factor in looking and feeling beautiful especially in the summer. http://www.dailyyummy.com/guilty-pleasures/food-and-health/great-foods-for-beautiful-skin

The only thing i could say to the writer/author of this article is: "Next time, please put some effort into your work". This is the worst article I've come across in such a long time! A 13 year old probably could provide something more enlightening! What a bunch of AIR!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive always just used lotion to wipe mascara off. Just dab a little on cotton ball or whatever and rub off. Dont know but for me it works better than remover.

I've read that in order to have the SPF stated for makeup, you'd need to use about a teaspoon of it. SInce you don't typically apply that much, your coverage only turns out to be about SPF 1 or 2, so it's always best to add a separate sunscreen. La Roche-Posay makes one that's lightweight and melts into your skin so it doesn't feel like and added layer.
