You shouldn't put a synthetic pillow case over your pillow! All though this is said to help against lines and creases on your face, however, this will increase blackheads and pimples. Syntheic fibers do not help your skin breath therefore can cause blockage in your pores. You should always have a cotton pillow case and wash it every week from dirt, oil and debris

Satin pillowcases are the best. Besides, you shouldn't sleep on your face if you can help it anyway.

Another tip... invest in an epilator. Once you get used to the initial stinging... you don't have to remove hair for days or ever weeks! Plus, your hair does come out a bit finer. For instance, I have been using an epilator for years now, and I think I have about 3 hairs left in my left arm pit, which I only remove every so often. Plus, you don't get razor burn, and that gross 'hair shadow'.

"Then wait three minutes (the length of your favorite Beyoncé song) before applying makeup." Beyonce? Please. At least come up with someone who has some talent, if you are going to insult our intelligence.

A great easy exfoliating scrub, mix 1 cup of your favorite lotion with 1 cup of sugar. Scrub in the shower and rinse well. Result, soft exfoliated skin all over. Great prep for sunless tanners
