    I just simply cut up apples, mangoes, carrots, celery and whatever is in my fridge and munch, munch and munch.... My favorite is make my fruit pizza layer it with your favorite yougurt and layer them with your favorite fruits and voila your mood just boosted. I don't have what you called junkie food in my fridge nor my cupboards.
