this is funny to see on a health site. i guess i don't have to feel so bad about having some unconventional breakfasts in the morning every now and then. .. leftover chinese food, leftover pizza, leftover fried chicken. tastes just as good to me eaten cold the next morning as it does when it's originally served hot. more often than not i'm eating healthy food for breakfast but my favorites have always been the leftovers from a restaurant the night before. mmm mmm!

One of my fave breakfasts is leftover chicken salad. It's really not as weird as you'd think to eat leftovers in the morning.

I think this was a very interesting guideline! For women that don't enjoy breakfast food!

I often eat leftover dinner for breakfast. A well balanced meal is always going to be healthier than filling up on typical starchy breakfast foods. Pizza is just gooooood in the morning!

I learned this years ago, and lost 30 pounds by just eating better, and have kept it all off. I eat leftovers from the previous night's dinner for breakfast every day - just this morning I, ironically, had a slice of pizza! Homemade, thin crust, with 2% mozzarella, spinach, garlic and tomatoes! Hmmmm....Good! But eating last night's dinner is good for you - because dinner is usually a protein meat, or cheese, with veggies, and those are all good for revving up that metabolism!

Please stop falling for marketing ploys. Judging by the photo of the woman eating pizza that linked to this article I am not good looking enough to do so. Let's get real here.

Sure, if you remembered to put it in the refrigerator the night before, it's not bad. If you left three slices on the coffee table overnight in an open box, not so much!

Toast and tea with a low sugar homemade jam. And an activa jogurt. I try to do the things early and by 10 am I am ready for lunch - funny!
