Wow in high school I would never eat breakfast, maybe that explains my big tummy. In college, I've recently started eating breakfast in the mornings. Cereal is my favorite! Thanks for this article

GREAT idea -- As L.D. just said, we need to eat breakfast to jump start our metabolism and both gain energy & lose weight as a result, (eating less later since we're full earlier), the bread & cheese are put to better use, worked off all day rather than turning to (fat & sugar) all night.... Thank you, excellent suggestion :))

Since I have started eating a large, healthy breakfast, I feel so much better! Even if it is a bit of leftovers. I eat at least one piece of fruit. low sodium v8, skim milk and some grain or protein source (or both). It takes a bit of time, but it ends up being so worth it.

I eat a low carb diet, but hate breakfast foods and cannot eat eggs. I regularly have a hamburger patty, bowl of chili or low carb soup, or other leftovers for breakfast. Cold pizza is one of my faves for breakfast, but unfortunately not low carb : (

Lucy makes sense. Not eating will only slow down your metabolism. Interestingly enough my breakfast is similar, [profane]E 2% yogurt (with Flax seed) or Kafir, they keep me full and are delicious!

Yippee! I've been eating leftover pizza the morning after for years! I usually skip breakfast because of the "morning rush" but if we had pizza the night before, I grab a cold slice from the fridge and eat it on the way to work! Now I don't feel so bad, and have some ammunition against the grimaces I get from others who scoff at cold pizza for breakfast!

Pizza for breakfast...... Nothing new about this! I along with many other people I know have done this for years. Pizza anytime as far as I am concerned. It all starts when you're in college!

Pizza is always healthy! Think about what you learned in grade school. Pizza has something from all the basic food groups - bread, milk(cheese), vegetables, meat, and fruit (tomatos). The dough contains a decent amount of calories but that is only unhealthy if YOUR life-style is unhealthy. So eat pizza, take a brisk walk and live a guiltless, health, happy life!

Lo-cal - Captain Morgan, Diet lime Coke and a twist of lime with lots of ice.
