    Use a bread and butter or side plate instead of a dinner plate. The plate is full but only half the serving size. Works a treat.

    best thing i ever did was cut out all the candy that includes any kind of chips that are candy in cookies leave all the sugary frostings alone to. everyone is different i find when i come on here eating my meal i eat less. you have some good facts there to.

    i have try this way of losing weigh and i have lost 6 lbs in three weeks. I think this will work for me if i keep it up
