    Ms. Reece has alot of good to say in a short article. Many people have not had opportunities in life or experience to know how to change.

    I am new also and about 15 pounds overweight. Most in tummy. I need to exercise more

    I am an underweight woman who needs to increase a diet that has less fat in because even though I don't need to lose weight, I sure do need to lose the huge amount of fat calories in my diet! Ms. Reece has a great deal of info. that taken seriously-works! I will definitely be taken you seriously Ms. Reece.
