    It is Good Advise, I do most of this above and I keep a good balanced weight, The other person in my house knows how i do it, but refuses to belive it works, they have weight issues.

    i havent exercised in years and evrytime i try now i cnat keep it up my advice is ont stop exercising when you go ta uni
