    Exercise is important, walking and moving in any form burns calories. Just walking to the door or letterbox helps. Keep moving!!

    This is very true - it boils down to making lifestyle changes which will continue into the long term. I started eating slower, drinking more water, walking an extra block to/from work etc, and it started paying off after 4 months. And don't believe the scales - believe wn yr clothes become loose!

    Get rid of your car, and start walking...then you really can eat pretty well whatever you please.

    all of these suggestions have proven to be true for me....the common sense approach to losing weight always wins out over all the magic pills, potions and deprivation type "diets"

    this informatio is very impotant, it makes us more concious about what we eat and where? also the importance of sleeping certain amount of hours each nite. thanks.
