The one reason I hear repeated over and over as to why people don't work out is that no one has time. Far away, second place is a tie between they don't like it, don't have room at their house, can't afford the gym or a trainer, and just don't know how to get started. Oh, and don't forget the people who are not making a real connection between exercise and success with their weight.

I work with a trainer from New York City named Mike Monroe, and Mike and I have a 10-day gift to you. We took all those reasons and created new 30-minute workouts for everyday that only use a ball and dumbbells and take up very little room. Mike runs you through the paces while I demonstrate, and all the workouts are created from of a 296 exercise video library we shot and have made available to you. You can watch each move and then download and print the exercises.

Check them out at gotogabby.com and give these workouts a try. Mike has really created thorough exercise routines that give you cardio suggestions and acknowledge that it's a good idea to have a rest day. I am a firm believer that it's important to work really hard and then give your body good rest. Not just rest, rest, rest, but work, work, work, and then rest. We have tried to eliminate all of the excuses to help you find a way to get moving, make exercising easier, and give you ideas to implement if you are already working out.
