Excellent information and very true for me. It is the chocolate at the end of the day- a day of limited caloric intake. I began wrapping the 8 pieces of chocolate in a baggie for each piece, and then took one baggie each evening for my treat. This was my New Year's resolution and I have stuck to it!

Its a good article, but I feel that in fat persons what is missing is the patiens and consistency to keep them on track and keep them motivated. I would love to have some comments/ articles about maintaining the habits.
