This is not so helpful .... AT ALL!!!! what we need to do is clean our selves from the inside if we deprive our selves from what we eat we will want it even more We cant bother our friend every time we are having a craving in that case we wil be on the phone with them 24/7 Read "Natural cures they dont want you to know about" Dont give all this people bad advise thats why all Americans are all twisted!!!

This is yet another in the thousands of misleading, unfounded, and ignorant diet articles that is doing nothing but adding to the obesity epidemic. Do your own research and read the books that question the stance taken by Gabrielle and others who do nothing but regurgitate the conventional diet dogma. Here's the truth - Cut out sugar and refined carbohydrates(white flour) and eat as much fat and protein as possible. The pounds will literally melt away and you won't ever by hungery again.

One other way I have found to work is to know how good or bad the foods I crave are for me. Obviously, that doesn't work at THE moment of craving, but.... I found a cool site (www.beewellmiles.com) which offers a huge database of foods and the calories associated with them. You can find the sugar cereals some of us feed our children that seem to speak to me when I am stressed. The database is backed by the USDA so it is fairly complete. Even if a food is not in there, you can add it using the nutritional facts.
